Resulting from a collaborative effort between the City of Durango, LEAD and the Downtown Durango Partnership, a series of Focus Groups have been formed to address several topic areas of discussion as a part of the Downtown Vision and Strategic Plan. The Focus Groups are comprised of volunteer community-based residents, professionals, business people and special interests to provide localized input on several key issues involving downtown. The Focus Group discussions have been initiated to help provide a broader downtown community vision and serve as a base for information, ideas and recommendations for the Downtown Vision Plan. Individual Focus Groups will help to identify important issues and opportunities for downtown redevelopment and continue to work with the
City's hired consultant to develop a Vision Plan for Downtown Durango.

If you are interested in joining one of five important Focus Groups, contact Bobby Lieb or Phil Bryson
